REFUND POLICY

GENERAL POLICY

All ticket and event sales through KYRO Entertainment Inc. or our authorized partners are final and non-refundable, except in specific circumstances outlined below. By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

EVENT CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENTS

If an event is cancelled, KYRO Entertainment will issue a full refund to the original payment method or provide an equivalent credit toward a future event.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be available upon written request if you cannot attend the rescheduled event.

THIRD-PARTY TICKETING PLATFORMS

Tickets may be sold through trusted third-party platforms (such as Tixr, Eventbrite, or official venue partners).
In such cases:

Refunds will be handled according to the third party’s own refund policy.
KYRO Entertainment is not responsible for processing payments or refunds made through those platforms.
We encourage all customers to review the ticketing platform’s refund policy before purchase.

NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of personal plans, schedule conflicts, or travel issues.
Dissatisfaction with the performance, venue, or experience once the event has occurred.
Failure to comply with venue entry requirements (age, ID, dress code, or security restrictions).
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

SPECIAL EXPECTATIONS

KYRO Entertainment understands that unexpected situations may arise.
Refund exceptions may be considered in special cases at our discretion.
All such requests must be submitted in writing to info@kyroentertainment.ca, including the order number, event name, and reason for the request. Each case will be reviewed individually, and a decision will be communicated by email.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to weather, public health restrictions, technical issues, or government actions — KYRO Entertainment reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an event without liability. In such cases, refund or credit decisions will be made at KYRO’s discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.
